4. Quote Requests and Commercial Transactions

4.1 Quote Requests Are Not Orders

Submission of a quote request form or inquiry form through the Site does not constitute a purchase order, binding contract, or commitment to purchase. It is a request for commercial information. A commercial transaction between you and RawSource is only established upon execution of a formal purchase order accepted by RawSource and subject to our applicable terms of sale.

All product sales by RawSource are governed by our separate Terms and Conditions of Sale, which will be provided to you at the time of quotation or order confirmation. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Use and the Terms and Conditions of Sale applicable to a specific transaction, the Terms and Conditions of Sale shall govern with respect to that transaction.

Many disputes can be resolved efficiently through direct communication, and we encourage this as a first step.

11.4 Waiver of Class Action

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION AGAINST RAWSOURCE. ANY CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS.

RawSource shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions or sanctions, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, chemical raw material shortages, transportation failures, or failures of telecommunications or internet infrastructure.
