4. Quote Requests and Commercial Transactions
4.1 Quote Requests Are Not Orders
Submission of a quote request form or inquiry form through the Site does not constitute a purchase order, binding contract, or commitment to purchase. It is a request for commercial information. A commercial transaction between you and RawSource is only established upon execution of a formal purchase order accepted by RawSource and subject to our applicable terms of sale.
4.2 Terms of Sale
All product sales by RawSource are governed by our separate Terms and Conditions of Sale, which will be provided to you at the time of quotation or order confirmation. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Use and the Terms and Conditions of Sale applicable to a specific transaction, the Terms and Conditions of Sale shall govern with respect to that transaction.
4.3 Export Control Compliance
RawSource complies with US export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) administered by the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS). As part of our compliance program:
- We screen all customers and transactions against applicable restricted party lists prior to completing any sale

- Any false or misleading representations in connection with export compliance may result in immediate termination of any commercial relationship and referral to appropriate government authorities
4.4 Hazardous Materials
Many of the chemicals and ingredients supplied by RawSource are classified as hazardous materials under applicable US DOT, IATA, or IMDG regulations. By purchasing hazardous materials from RawSource, you represent that you: are authorized to receive such materials; have appropriate facilities, storage, and handling procedures in place; and are aware of and will comply with all applicable transportation, storage, handling, and disposal regulations.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 RawSource Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, photographs, logos, trademarks, product names, data compilations, technical content, article content, design elements, and software — is the property of RawSource Inc. or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The RawSource® name and logo are registered trademarks of RawSource Inc. Unauthorized use of our trademarks is prohibited.

7.3 Jurisdiction-Specific Limitations
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or liability for incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, the exclusions and limitations above apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Many disputes can be resolved efficiently through direct communication, and we encourage this as a first step.
11.4 Waiver of Class Action
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION AGAINST RAWSOURCE. ANY CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS.

13. Compliance with Chemical and Environmental Laws
Users of this Site who engage with RawSource for the purchase of chemical materials acknowledge and agree that:
- Chemical products are subject to complex and jurisdiction-specific regulatory requirements governing their purchase, import, storage, handling, labeling, use, and disposal
- It is your responsibility — not RawSource’s — to ensure that your purchase and use of any chemical product complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including environmental regulations, worker safety regulations, chemical control laws, and industry-specific standards
- RawSource provides Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and technical documentation for products we supply, but such documentation does not substitute for your own regulatory compliance assessment
- You agree to handle, store, transport, and dispose of all chemical products purchased from RawSource in accordance with applicable regulations and the recommendations in the applicable SDS
- Any improper handling, storage, or disposal of chemical materials that results in harm to persons, property, or the environment is the sole responsibility of the party in possession and control of those materials
14. Modifications to These Terms
RawSource reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. We may also notify users of significant changes via a site banner or email where contact information is available.
Your continued use of the Site following any posted changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site.
15. Entire Agreement and Severability
