Technical data sheets, safety data sheets, certificates of analysis, and regulatory compliance documentation for every bulk shipment. Coordinated by default — not by request.
Every bulk chemical order from RawSource includes a baseline documentation package: current Certificate of Analysis (COA) from the producing facility, Safety Data Sheet (SDS) meeting GHS Rev 8 requirements, and commercial invoice with Harmonized Tariff code. No documentation request needed for standard shipments — it is part of the delivery.
For applications requiring regulatory acceptance, import compliance, or supplier qualification, we extend the documentation package to include REACH registration certificates, country of origin declarations, export license confirmation, and multi-jurisdiction SDS where required.
Custom documentation requests — including translated SDS, extended supplier qualification packages, third-party COA authentication, or application-specific attestations — are fulfilled within 48 business hours for catalogued materials.
Below is the full list of document types we provide, organized by what is included by default and what requires a custom request.
