Full Description
Abitol E is a high-purity hydroabietyl alcohol derived from hydrogenated rosin. It is a clear, pale liquid resin with excellent tackifying properties, color stability, and oxidation resistance. Used primarily as a plasticizer and tackifier in adhesives, coatings, and sealants, it provides improved flexibility and adhesion to pressure-sensitive and hot-melt adhesive formulations. In personal care, it functions as a film-forming and emollient agent in lip and skin products.
